Write a 1 page response that addresses the following:
• Describe how you intend to use your practicum experience to further your goals for successful evidence-based project implementation, evaluation, and dissemination and for your development as a scholar-practitioner and a nurse leader.

One of my goals is to focus on communication written and orally see below
Demonstrate learning and application in Communication Skills such as through the following: • Formulate communication plans through input from stakeholders • Utilize learned skills to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders • Employ effective strategies of communicating with the media • Utilize communication skills through a variety of mediums • Explain scientific information for press and lay audience in appropriate language • Employ advocacy skills (e.g. advocating for change, public policy, programs, populations, etc.)

Another goal is to continue to work on interprofessional collaboration and transformational leadership skills
How do use lean methodology to embrace change and improve workflow of nurses and the environment
The dnp essentials I would like to focus on are 2, 3, 4, 6
The practicum setting is 800 bed academic trauma 1 level hospital in the middle of the city who takes care of patients of all socio economic backgrounds. Will use the shared governance model and high reliability council, as we as the nursing/pharmacy council that exists at the organization.
